We are pleased to report that the engineering of our network is underway and we are making significant headway. 

Building a fiber optic internet distribution system takes time, especially when it is delivered right to your home. MCEC is diligently working through the various steps of managing contract crews and navigating weather contingencies. Meanwhile, CarolinaConnect is preparing for service installations in homes that will soon be green-lighted for service. It’s a detailed process to launch and coordinate a major communication construction project like this, but one we know will be well worth it.
